
Whenever I've had hunter's chicken in a pub, the chicken breast has always been dry and unpleasant. With my recipe, we have cheese inside and a wrapping of bacon outside to keep the chicken deliciously moist. Add more cheese on top and some barbecue sauce and you have a quick and tasty meal.

Remove from the oven and check the internal temperature - it should be at least 65°C (149°F).
120 grams tomato ketchup
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 tbsp cider vinegar
splash of hot sauce
half a tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp mustard
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 rashers streaky bacon
150 grams cheeseFor the hot sauce in the BBQ sauce, you can use sriracha, tabasco or whetever you like. The cheese can be all one kind, or a mixture of different ones, as long as they melt well.
