On a hot summer's day, nothing cools you down quite like this delicious home-made lemonade.

Home-made Lemonade Recipe

Squeeze the juice out of the lemons (300ml is 4 lemons). In a pan on high heat, melt the sugar into 300ml of the water. When the sugar is dissolved, place the syrup in the freezer to cool down. When it's cool, remove from freezer and add the lemon juice and the rest of the water. Chill until needed.
