
These Thai fish cakes are nothing like our bland Brit versions - and the spicy dipping sauce will blow your mind!

250 grams white fish fillets
1½ tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
40 grams rice flour
small handful fresh coriander
1 egg
3-4 green beans
1½ tbsp fish sauce
1½ tbsp lime juice
2 tsp sugar
2-3 bird's eye chillies
garlic 2-3 garam masala
