150 grams plain (all-purpose) flour
50 grams caster (powdered) sugar
100 grams cold butter
2 eggs
pinch of salt
250 grams pumpkin puree
100 grams granulated sugar
65 grams light brown demerara sugar
175 ml evaporated milk
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
