
Shop-bought coleslaw can be bland and insipid, but this recipe is packed with flavour and crunch. And it's even better if you make your own mayonnaise!

 1 or 2  carrots
 1 or 2  carrots 150 grams white cabbage
 150 grams white cabbage 1  small onion
 1  small onion 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise salt and white pepper, to taste
