Indian-style Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Indian-style roast cauliflower - delicious as a main course or a side dish, and really easy to make.

Indian-style Spicy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and break down into florets. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Melt the butter on medium heat in a large frying pan and cook the ginger, coriander and cumin seeds for 2-3 minutes. Add the garam masala and turmeric, and cook for a minute more. Add the cauliflower and stir to get everything coated. Add the salt. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and put in the oven. Roast for about 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.

Serve as a main course or side dish.
