
This doesn't seem to belong to any particular cuisine - it was probably invented by a pastry manufacturer. It can look very attractive, and is certainly very tasty.

375 grams ready-made puff pastry
500 grams minced (ground) pork or sausagemeat
1 medium onion
150 grams mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1½ tsp dried sage
½ tsp white pepperButter for sautéeing, beaten egg for glaze.
